Papa G’s reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to pricing errors, product availability, or suspected fraud.
3. Custom & Powder-Coated Orders
Custom orders, including custom powder-coated products, are final sale unless the item is defective or an error was made by Papa G’s.
Custom powder coating may add additional lead time. Color variations may occur due to screen settings and powder batch differences.
4. Shipping
Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Papa G’s is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Additional fees may apply for returned or reshipped packages due to incorrect addresses.
5. Warranty & Liability
All products are intended for lawful and proper use only. Improper installation, misuse, modification, or neglect voids any warranty.
Papa G’s is not responsible for damage, injury, or loss resulting from the use or installation of our products. Installation and use are at the customer’s own risk.
