SHIPPING POLICY
Discover our shipping policy and methods to ensure your fishing equipment reaches you safely and in a timely manner. We prioritize secure packaging and transparent costs to build trust and loyalty with our customers.
Flat shipping rate of $30 on all orders. Ships within 3-5 business days for in stock items. For custom colors and fabrication allow extra time; an email on expected shipping time will be sent.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
You have 5 business days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Once your return is received, the item will be inspected and you will be notified that it has arrived. After a complete inspection, we will inform you of the approval or denial of your refund. Approved returns will be refunded accordingly.
Returns requested more than 48 hours after payment are subject to a 35% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs, including return shipping and any reshipment fees.
